Fire on shore of strawberry

Is it ok to build a fire near the shore of strawberry reservoir? I'm going up to do an evening/night fish tonight, and don't want to end up getting in trouble. I can't seem to find any information on this. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
I've seen it done at the ladders and checked the postings there but it never said anything that you couldn't...
