I had a great customer service experience with First Lite. To date, I have purchased two (2) Chama Quarter Zips, a Beanie and an Uncompahgre Vest. About 6 months after I purchased the vest, I noticed a small tear in the outer material just below the side pocket. I contacted First Lite to see if they had a small iron on Dry Earth patch to cover the tear. They told me to send the vest to them for warranty consideration. I sent it in and they replaced it under warranty. I thought that was above and beyond. When I received the new vest in the mail it included a 25% off coupon on their website. All I have to say is First Lite will be at the top of my list in clothing for the hunter.
