You shouldn't have a problem getting a tag. The western and southern/central around Rock Springs are the hard to draw areas because of the amount of public land. The eastern half has a lot of areas that you can buy a tag during the season, but a lot of private land. The wyoming non-resident booklet is out. Take a look at which area is close for you to hunt. Do some research (draw odds, statistics etc...) and plan for a fun trip when you draw your tag.
