Flattest most accurate rifle/caliber

I thinking of getting a new toy and wanted an opinion or twenty

Thinking of Weatherby 257,270 or 7mm weatherby mag. quality and price are about right. Is there a more accurate or better option for a great muley/coues rifle? I don;t reload either.....

what are your thoughts?

Hard to beat a custom 270 WBY without the free bore, that's what I built and I'd do it again.

I like my 7mm RUM, its flat shooting and accurate.

Its not my favorite cartridge but since you said "flattest & most accurate" then thats what I would recommend
