It starts again for me on Tuesday. What a miracle to pull that tag twice in the same calendar year! I learned a lot about the mountain and the animals last year. I have a goal set at a 40" + billy. Ultimately Im secretly praying that "Kong" (a monster billy I wounded and lost last January) is still around.

15 days to get it done!!!!

That is a special chunk of hell down there. I had the muzzy tag earlier this year in February. They are a fun animal to hunt, for sure. It's impossible to describe to anyone what that country is like. You've got to put boots on the mountain yourself.

Good luck, hopefully after the slaughter they had killing over half the herd immediately after my hunt, you'll be able to find a big billy. Let us know.

Great video. I hunted Ibex in Mongolia in 1995. What an amazing animal. Watching them on the ridge tops at dawn and dusk is a spectacular view.
