i eat a lot of chicken cooked different way these days. I do like it fried but get a bit tired of my way and was wondering if anyone here has some tips to make a good dish even better, thanks!

I would think that any tips given here might also work well on game meat, at least those that people say taste like chicken. lol

Some times I will marinate the chicken in Chakas for a few hours with a can of beer then you can grill with your favorite BBQ sauce or fry it like normal fried chicken. I usually add about 3 tbl spoons of Mc Cormick California style course grind blend Garlic Pepper with red bell and black pepper to the flour.
