FWP Refund for Super Tag 2023

Anyone else get a check in the mail this week, addressed from "FWP REFUNDS" showing on the check stub "GOAT / MOOSE / SHEEP SUPER TAG REFUND"? Caught me off guard to receive a refund on super tags with no explanation. Check was for 15.00.
