Gardiner Bison Hunt

With this recent cold weather is there any word if FWP will start issuing the cow/calf bison tags for the Northern area around Gardiner?

I was lucky enough to draw but now I just need the tag to be issued by FWP!!

i heard that for some reason they are actually cutting back on the hunts. a guy i know says he drew a bull tag, but then got bumped off his hunt due to the migration. not sure what the story is with the cow/calf tags though.
