Gas at Old Horse Springs

Does anyone know if the "new" gas pump/station at Old Horse Springs (between Datil and Aragon) is a pay at the pump (credit card) set up or do you have to pay someone. We will be arriving late at night 1 day prior to our hunt and it would be nice to top off the tank before heading in.

I dought that if they have a pump.,though,I can be very ,very wrong.Better off gassing at Datil,they close early around 6:00 pm. good luck!!

They have one that is fairly new, no more than a year or two old. I just don't know how you pay. Should have stopped last time we passed by. Will be passing Datil at around midnight so no luck there.

I am pretty sure that they are not self serve.... and EXPENSIVE....

yes they do have a pay at the pump which is open 24hrs. Only thing is they are a little expensive thats all.

That is what I wanted to hear. Thanks. Kinda expected them to be expensive, but I will pay the price for gas in the middle of nowhere at midnight. Thanks again.

Yes it does have a pay at the pump feature but two of the last three times I was there it was malfunctioning and didn't work. The last time I had to pray real hard and luckily I made it to Magdalena. I wouldn't put all my eggs in that basket if I were you.
