LAST EDITED ON Nov-10-09 AT 00:42AM (MST)[p]Here are some pics from our over the counter, general season elk hunt this past September. My cousin arrowed his bull on the last day of the hunt just before dark. It dumped 8" of snow during the night making it impossible to track and locate the bull the next morning. Finally, this past week the snow had melted enough to give him a chance to get back into our spot to find his bull. He is a stud of a bull coming in at 356" gross. I was feeling pretty good bout my bull until a few days ago when my cousin came home with his!

Great hunt with some great bulls. Don't know if I can wait anther 12 months to go again!
