They are illegal aliens until processed. None of them were processed through the normal system. They were all fast tracked. It can take hours for one agent to process one illegal alien.

Any undocumented individual, that crosses that border seeking asylum or not is an illegal alien. You can’t be legal until the process is completed! ? If they were legal they couldn’t be processed! ? During the processing phase is when asylum comes up. Asylum can only be granted by an Immigration Judge, Customs and Border Protection does not grant one status under asylum. A documented alien can even be illegal if he doesn’t present himself at a port of entry when returning to the U.S. or violates the terms of his conditions. There is nothing illegal about what they are doing, and they are not classified as illegal aliens.

I’m happy because I can present my case based on facts and not some 30 second video I seen on television or not some twisted scheme i conjured in my little mind based on what I think transpires like you. The Federal Agents on the border are trying to look out for us all, they are a great bunch of men and women who have their hands tied behind their backs in this sick twisted political climate. Everybody works for somebody. They are extremely out numbered and what they do arrest takes hours sometimes days to process and get rid of. Texas shipping aliens off in busses actually saves them millions of dollars in Government assistance. It’s not the Federal Agents who are to blame, it’s democrats. I retired as a Watch Commander after 30 years with the Border Patrol, I worked the southern Borders of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. I also worked in Puerto Rico, Florida, Massachusetts, Illinois and Kansas to name a few. I base my response to you only on my experience.
federally there still is. at least in concept. pretty sure the borders federally controlled. so again, i will stand by my statement that our federal government is openly breaking its own laws

First of all EVERY single person that crosses that border doesn’t get to roam freely in the U.S. the vast majority of all Mexicans are VR’s. (Voluntarily Returned) Many illegal aliens are deported due to recidivism rates and/or Criminal History, many get processed as a Reinstatement or even better as Expedited Removals. All the aforementioned processes remove hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and undesirables every year.
You mean the truck inspections that forced the Mexican States of Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Coahuila and Chihuahua to enhance security enforcement measures on their side of the border? Disaster, I think not! He got what he wanted and made Texas and the Nation a little safer.
