When you blame the Baltimore bridge collapse on DEI, and say the only reason they have a black mayor who is elected to his position is DEI, you are a lying, divisive, racist POS and that is 100% what Phil Lyman is and tries to appeal to.
He then blamed that post on his "team" and said he wouldn't say that but then also refused to delete the racist tweet on his official account. So yeah, he is racist.
