Grass Valley /Clark Canyon

I drew a deer tag for Grass Valley Clark Canyon. Does anyone have any experience with this CWMU. I have never hunted a CWMU so I don't realy know what to expect. I can hunt the first five days in october or the first five days of November which do you think would be better? I can't scout prior to the hunt so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't know anything about the unit but hunt November as them bucks should be all horned up chasin tail.

The month of October is generally the hardest time to turn up a good buck. Definitely go for the November dates.

I know a good portion of that unit very well. You definately want a November tag. Should see a lot of bucks. Post your pics up when you kill.
