SFW will not open their books, but what we can see from the 990 forms they are not very efficient at spending the money they get from public tags. Either you support what SFW is doing, are neutral on the issue or oppose the way SFW raises funds at draw hunter?s expense. If the latter is the case, do as Javihammer suggests and let these organizations know with your pocketbook.

Do not get suckered into a discussion where people use labels like ?class warfare,? ?socialism? and ?welfare? to describe the public draw tag allocation system on public land for a public resources. When people use labels of these kinds it is usually that they do not have substantive arguments. There are no truly capitalist systems in the world nor are there truly communist systems. I personally think wildlife is a public resource and has been so since throughout the history of our country.

I actually agree with the theory that if you disagree with the principals of the SFW then don't give them money. Nothing wrong with letting the vendors know also and if you don't want to do business with them because of their involvement with the SFW that is great also. Its like voting with your dollar, and that is one of the great aspects of capitolism.
