Girls were on a Hallmark movie marathon all day, and I did yard work thru lunch - we were hungry tonight!

Found an awesome fresh swordfish steak at my grocer and the girls don't do fish, so Panko breaded chicken thighs for them. Sides are the same, no matter what. Had a half of an orange left, so citrus and lemon pepper marinated the fish for half hour. Made a Dijon lemon butter glaze for the asparagus and rice, and grilled a lemon.

Not super fishy. A lot like tuna, halibut, or shark. Need to cook about 3-4 minutes per side, and take off when medium rare. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Stays moist and tender

Love me some swordfish. As was said very mild and takes the flavor of spices or marinades well. Only caught one, need to go try to catch another one someday.
