When my dad passed, my mom used a lawyer to set up a trust for me and my sisters. He can set up a gun trust. We actually didn't need to set one up for the few guns my dad had. This lawyer is even a class 3 dealer. He did this because he found that most people didn't want those types of guns, or couldn't qualify and he helped the heirs get their money out of them. He is in Arizona, let me know if you're interested and I can get his info from her.
