Mashed potato and sharp cheddar pierogis, baked in the oven, since we can't fry anything with the house for sale. They didn't brown very well, needed a couple more minutes! Some mixed veggies, and a Caesar salad. Vidalia sweet onion relish and a little Tabasco. Needed a G&T this week, so made it a double!!
