Mine was surprisingly similar to 2017. I thought for sure they would?ve been much lower.

Probably someone in the same boat as me. I drew a pronghorn tag, which is basically once-in-a-lifetime, but will likely be working due to a new job and little leeway in time off. Freaking sucks.

Hintng is more important than work.

I would have thought the success in the unit I hunted would have been less also.

I hunted the second rifle in 16D and ate my tag. I never saw anyone with an elk but they posted a 44% hunter success. But that's only 20 elk in the entire unit in five days so it's reasonable to think I wouldn't have seen any of them.
