Never heard of it.

I expect it would keep your cell phone from reception if you had it in an inner pocket. When the animals are looking your way, hold still. When they aren't, move. In general, I don't think that patterns, carbon linings, or metallic mesh are all that important. People hunted and killed animals for millennia without scent blockers, specialized patterns, etc... That being said, they killed animals without rangefinders for likewise as long and I do resort to one of those if opportunity arises.
 
Actually, it works quite well in watersports garments for shark attack prevention, which is his major market. As far as the game we hunt, I know guys that have been hunting Elk and Antelope for 30 years that swear by it. Haven't met anybody yet that swears at it. The military has also been testing it but I haven't seen their reports.

+1. Especially the holding still part. You can wear a tuxedo if you are smart with your movements and watch the wind.
