Help in Quebec, Canada

Going to Quebec later this month/early october for work and was wondering what kind of hunting/fishing I could do up there this time of year.
Also, any reputable outfitters or contacts that you have personally dealt with. Have never had a chance @ a Moose/Bear/Caribou or even fished for BIG fish and would welcome the chance at any of those.
If anyone has some good direction they could point me in, that would be appreciated. Looking to make the trip worthwhile rather than just work stuff.

Also am on a smaller budget (<$1000)....if that helps any.

I really can't help you much other than to say that your budget and timing will pretty much limit you to fishing.
