Help to Modify a Springfield Armory 1903-A3 in 30.06

I have an older Springfield Armory 1903-A3 in 30.06 (as opposed to one that's been modified to carry a 308).

I love the gun! However, I HATE having to remove every bullet one by one from the internal magazine to unload the rifle!!! I noticed there are some screws in the metal plate on the bottom of the gun. Is it possible to modify the rifle so I could put a bottom dropping 4 or 5 bullet clip in there? That would be AWESOME.

Any gunsmiths out there familiar with my model?
