help with grains

WHat grains am i shooting if i have beeman ics 400 arrows with a 100 grain broadheads the arrows are 26 1/2 inches from the end of nock to where the tip screws in

That shaft is 8.4 grains per inch,..shaft is 222.6 grains, not counting insert, vanes.varibles..guessing you'd be 350-360.?? anybody else??

bemans come standard with the vibrake inserts which are 2x heavier than a regular insert. are the vanes blazers or 3-4 inch vanes? With blazers: 375 grains With 3-4in vanes:385

thanks guys they have the 3-4 inch vanes so they must be 385 grains
