Are the results in for 2011 winter?

I have heard that the winter kill on deer in the Cokeville area is estimated to be around 60%. Can anyone verify that?

That is probably a change in ratio for fawns. There is really no estimate for adults, just "Good, Bad, or Ugly"

Buddy of mine helped out with the G&F count near Leroy on Saturday.He found 26 dead deer,19 of them fawns,the rest does.Doesn't sound too encouraging for the future.

I just talk with Fish and Game there predicting 60% loss. Most are fawns and does with some bucks. It will be about 2 weeks for final count. quest
