how to apply restricted guided hunt

I am always a little bewildered about t Nevada restricted guide draw application process. Do you need to do this through a guide? If so, what is best way to locate and price out guide services? Can you still apply for the regular draw if you are successful in the restricted guide application? Can you earn bonus points from both restricted and regular draws in same year?

The Outfitter deer draw is open now and runs/closes Mar. 8th,with results back by end of Mar.If applied for and are not sucessfull you MAY NOT apply in the General Draw for deer,(one or the other only).You must contact a Master Guide and apply with ... a current list of Licenced Master Guides in Nv ... Go to www.ndow.org/ and click on "Hunt",top left corner, at bottom of will be a listing of Master Guides.Usually applicants draw at or near 40%.A very good chance to draw a good rifle deer hunt in Nv.Good Luck ... Yes, you have to apply through a guide. Once you apply through the guided draw, you can not apply during the regular draw. This is the same whether you draw or do not draw.

Since you're starting a little late, make sure your guide will have availability for you for the premium dates for the hunts that you apply for.
