hunting in areas 1,2,17,18

I Would love to hunt these areas. Would love some adive on these areas. 1. Is there alot of blm and other access to the areas? 2.Are they over run with hunters? Is it hard to draw a nonresident tag? I live in Montana and have hunt close to these areas but on the otherside of the boder. 3. Do you have any other sugestion for area to hunt.(besides in my own state!LOL )
