Hunting with Grandson

I took my Grandson hunting this week.

The drought this year has been tough on the deer. We haven't seen many deer and zero fawns this year. We probably seen a dozen deer this week and all were bucks. He passed up all the bucks prior to shooting the one he shot. His patience's paid off once again.

We mixed things up some and tried our luck at varmint hunting. He did good for his first time.
