Anyone gearing up for archery ibex? I have the first hunt. First time going. After scouting the mountain I don't think finding them is going to be the problem. Getting within bow range...? I am starting to wonder. All things are possible to those willing to try I guess.

I have the second archery hunt. This will be my third time on the mountain, second time hunting. You will definitely find animals, but getting close is very difficult. Hopefully you are in good shape because that mountain kicks your butt.

Good luck on your hunt. I went with a buddy that drew the rifle tag. It was an awesome hunt and that mountain is rough. My buddy shot a real nice billy the first evening at about 75 yards. Had another shooter come 30 yards from us. Good luck to you.
