Curious if anyone is seeing very many elk down on the desert floor in units 60A/ 60 (Idaho) my dad has the cow hunt that starts in four days. Thanks

The wife and I have had both bull and cow tags there the last few years. Never seem to see very many before Nov 15. Seems to take one good storm to get them started. The high sage around Camas Creek always seems to have some locals.
I like to use 511 Idaho road cameras for Dubois, Spencer, and Monida for getting current looks at weather. Monida is 6800 feet
