Idaho Public Land grab bills

When the Wyoming legislature began debating bills this year to take over public lands, Wyoming sportsmen and outdoor groups rose up and swamped the legislators with calls...and the bills were soundly trounced. (http://www.outdooralliance.org/blog/2016/2/16/wyoming-and-the-future-of-the-public-land-heist)

Here in Idaho our sportsmen and outdoor groups are either not engaged or their calls and letters to legislators are being ignored. I wrote in on the bill that would encourage counties to declare that federal lands are a hazard. It is, of course, a bill without teeth, but those pushing it see it as a necessary baby step to accomplish the long-range plan of converting our public lands to private lands. Idahoans should write their congressional representative and ask that the bill be defeated. Better yet...they should vote for whomever is running against the incumbent next election regardless of party.

It is so stinking easy to contact them via e-mail...and it only takes a minute at most....that it should be on every hunter/fishermen/camper/ATV enthusiast/horseman/hiker's to-do list.

Go Holly! Give these guys nothing! This whole Sagebrush rebellion will leave outdoorsmen with nothing. Crapo..how much did the Kock Bros offer him? Shameful. Just one more stone, this has been going on for years.
