Idaho Rule Change

According to The Idaho Statesman, the F & G Commission has changed the muzzleloader rules again. Now, apparently, the use of conical bullets will be allowed during traditional muzzleloader seasons.

Well in my opinion thats a good thing.I have a T/C hawken & a Knight Bighorn inline. Neither one shoots round ball worth a crap. I was very bummed when they changed the late muzz for muley in 75 to trad. muzzleloader. I dont mind having to use my my hawken but I certainly prefer conicals over round ball so I hope they go w/the new rule. Thanks for the info.

No need to be bummed about the traditional rule in unit 75....There is no longer a late muzz hunt in that unit.

I understand the success rate on mature bucks was too high, so IDFG did away with the hunt.
