Idaho Turkey Question

I was lucky enough to draw a non-res controlled turkey hunt in Idaho this year and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is legal to shoot a turkey with an expandable broadhead. I know you cant for big game, but the upland game rules just say a bow no details.

Anyone know the answer?

I called and asked this question and there are no real rules for bowhunting turkeys. So expandibles are okay You can even use the SGH's if you want. If you call any of the idaho game offices they can answer 100 % for you.

Yes it is legal for turkeys.

Not a bad idea to get the name of who you talked to at F&G. I've had regulation interpreted differently by wardens in the field. Sometimes I'll call two different braches and get two different answers to the same question.
