We hunted up East Fork last season. I agree, it is kind of a wintering area. However, if you hit it right with snow, it pushes the deer out of the White Cloud & Boulder Mountains and it can be pretty productive. We saw a ton of forkies and does as well, and I did spot three nice 24" to 27" heavy bucks the last day we were out, but they were too far to get to before dark. We left the next morning as the season was over. If you don't mind me asking, where have you hunted up East Fork? We have hunted all over up at the end of the road, on both sides of the guard station. My brother took a nice 5x4 about 5 years ago. There are some massive drainages, but you really need some horses to get back into them. Anyway, thanks for the reply to my post. Mike
