Proper relaxing dinner after a long day. Marinated up a bunch of beef eye of round, lots of peppers, onions, jalapeños, grilled cherry tomatoes, and beans.. YUM!!

We love them, and so hard to get good ones here. Yours are probably even harder to get. Hard one day, soft the next, and black the third. I think they must freeze them to get them to us here in Idaho.
