You must detour there and go to the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum. I'd never been to St George until last year and that was one of the recommended sights. We spent 1 1/2 hours walking through. http://www.rosenbruch.org/
The museum in Panguitch can't even compare to Jimmy's museum. It's 40,000 square feet and interactive. you listen to a hand held device tell the stories of the animals as you walk through it.
LAST EDITED ON Jan-26-04 AT 08:17AM (MST)[p]I have been to both museums. The one in St. George is far and above nicer, more animals, alot better. It is nice to have the hand held recorder and listen as the narrator tells you all about each species of animals.
