Internet apps

Just wondering if anyone's heard if we will be able to apply online this year or not?

Haven't read or heard anything about it yet here in CA.

You'd think we would have been the first state to have online apps. I guess we're too worried about saving the condor and the red-bellied frog to save that many trees! Kind of a catch 22, eh?

last I heard its next year..(09/10)
I did ask about mid January (to someone who would know!) and was just approved(by vote), funded and budgeted for hiring of I.T. and support, programmers and data base..(computers), ect! ect!
then the testing, testing!
