Iowa buck 2

[12pointer]

Shot this the morning of the 13th with my crossbow at 25 yards.
Was watching a spike chase a doe in circles in front of my stand when this buck came quartering in behind me from the left. As he walked past and got in front of me, I got my crossbow about halfway up. He stopped at 12 yards almost broadside facing to my right, and I slowly tried getting my crossbow up. The stand made a little creak noise and he jumped and ran a partial circle and stopped quartering away left. When he jumped and ran, I was able to finish getting the bow up.
Hit him just behind the front shoulder and came out his neck.
He went about 50 yards and collapsed.
