I have a pair of kenetrek guide boots size 13. They are near new, I've worn them a couple times. The nubs are still on the tread. All conditioned and ready to go. Very comfortable, great traction and well made. $250

I also have the schnees granite size 13 that have about 80% tread left. $200. Both are high quality boots and nothing is wrong with them. Granites sell for $520 and guides sell for $510. You can save a bunch of cash
