Just heard that Kerry threw in the towel. As much as I dont like him I respect his decision not to drag this thing out for weeks in court.

Im really interested to see how George Bush is going to again attempt to bring Democrats and Republicans together on some of these upcoming ideas.

Kerry was wise to concede, Gore didnt and it was his political ruination. Perhaps Kerry learned something from Gore. As far as needing to bring Dems and Reps together, that aint gonna happen. The last two elections shows how divided we have become as a country. Those that didnt support GWB two weeks ago wont support him over the next four years either, conversely those that have been behind him will prety much support any decision he makes. Bush simply did a better job of touching the right people during his campaing over the last few months, even with his presidential rating being lower than its ever been.

God belss America and our president and help him to make the right decisions for our country.

Cass, the good thing about Bush winning is that he doesn't have to bring the two parties together. He won because of his morels and his agenda. And the votes showed it. Why should he have to bring us together. They should be the ones accepting the outcome and supporting him regardless.

To the victor go the spoils..............screw the other side. The only way to make them happy would be to cave to their wishes. I want GWB to do what he knows is right and make his supporters happy. Supreme court nominations by Bush "shouldn't" please Ted Kennedy, they should please me. I'm betting Colin Powell and John Ashcroft will resign by next week. Good Riddance, especially powell. In two years Cheney will resign making room for an "incumbent VP" to face Hillary in '08.

John Kerry did the first honorable thing in his life by conceding and making a good concession speech.

AMEN D13er I whole hartedly agree with that.

Hillary can run in 08 but she will not be elected for the same reasons Kerry did'nt.
1. She is to liberal
2. The south and the hartland of America can not stand her
3. She would win the same stupid liberal states on the left coast and the east coast as Kerry did.
4. She is a socialist and an elitest......unelectable. Her huisband was and is a scoundrel but he was a centrist liberal and that is why he was elected. She is not.

Guliani is one of those Republican's that's anti gun, pro abortion, pro gay marriage. Kinda weird! I think he did a lot to help Bush get re-elected and bring some of the not so liberal Democrats over. We should all be thankful for his efforts, but with his liberal views I'm not so sure I want him for Pres in '08???
