Well so far I have seen plenty of elk but no Spike's. I have a good lead on a herd that supposedly has a few spikes in it, who knows but it will be a fun day regardless. I was going after them first thing in the morning.
None of the hunting buddies I counted on got permits due to the quota and I would rather not venture to this place on my own.
If any of you w/ML Spike elk tag want to tag along let me know. I will be hunting in South Sanpete and be glad to help.
