Are you in agreement with both Cuomo and the Virginia on taking out a 40 old fetus during birthing delivery?
Yes or No?

No. Although, if anyone knows how to get a hold of AA's mom, and I could get her on board, I might change my mind on REALLY late term abortion.

....yes on retroactive abortions......no on third trimester

Well, say you have a mole on the back of your neck. You can cut it off, you can have your doctor cut it off. Hell, you can burn it off with a torch and nobody cares. But I can't just walk up and cut it off while you're not looking. That's assault. Guess that is not a great analogy, because I probably wouldn't be charged with mole-a-cide, even in California, but that's the general idea. Many states wont convict on the death of the fetus, though it is still pretty illegal to shoot pregnant women, whether they die or not.

Stacey Peterson was pregnant and her Husband was found guilty of murder of his wife and unborn child

LAST EDITED ON Jan-30-19 AT 09:28PM (MST)[p]Yeah, like I said- some states will convict, some wont. Honestly shouldn't make any difference in the real world. Killing a woman, pregnant or not, should get you some quality time in a hot tub with a toaster.

Define "mother's life in danger". It's my understanding that if the mother decides it's going to be a stressful situation to keep the baby, at the last minute, that constitutes her life in danger.

If mom will literally die, then I say protect her first. That is extremely rare by the way.

....at 40 weeks....unheard of eel....

No.

Are we gonna get the law changed? 18 people on a hunting forum voted it down. There is no electoral college here guys.

Yeah, at 40 weeks, anything that is threatening mom's life, the treatment is deliver the baby. Nothing to improve moms chances by killing the fetus. Also similarly unheard of, would be the mother who carried a fetus to 40 weeks and then asked to have it aborted. Maybe in some sort of "I didn't know I was pregnant" scenario. In that case, if you want to take the full term baby, just take mom, too. We don't need that person taking up space on the planet.

That's the nicest thing anyone has said about me all week.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-30-19 AT 10:23PM (MST)[p]If men could get pregnant there would be drive-thru abortion clinics on every corner and vending machines with the day after pill in every restroom....let it go.

FTW my wife told me that if men had to go though the pain of giving birth, we would have ZERO POPULATION GROWTH. I think she is right.
The Feds would be smart to get out of the abortion fight and delegate it to each state to decide if they want to allow abortions or not allow them.

The NY law is a gift to anti abortion groups. It will be challenged in the SC and Roe v Wade will be overturned. The states will be allowed to do what they want but not infanticide.

The idea is horrific.

But isn't this what republicans want? States rights?

I listen to Levine preaching convention of states, too much federal overreach. So unless you live in ny or Virginia, its not your say.

Its a sick, disgusting practice, horrific!!

The people would have to be smarter than a condom for that to work.

Its an example of how bumper sticker slogans don't work in real life.

States right sounds great until a state starts killing 1 day olds.

"My body my choice" slogan also showed its stupidity when the "choice" is out of the body, and you still want to kill it.

The female Democrat who co-sponsored the bill is now claiming she did not read it prior to signing on as a co-sponsor. She is now saying if she knew what was in it, she would not have signed on as a co-sponsor. Of course she flipped-flopped after she heard the backlash from the citizens. I thought only Nancy Pelosi was good for passing a bill to see what is in it.
