Latter Days Saints have an amazing welfare system. The government of the United States has tried to mimic and copy many pieces of the welfare system that the latter day saints use. Clinton copied parts of it and actually toward facilities in Salt Lake. Ronald Reagan also toured the facilities and made a visit to church authorities in Salt Lake City. The welfare reform in the 1990s happened after the visit Clinton made to the church headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Negative Nancy (aka NeMont), the town bigot, attacked The cheritability and welfare system of the latter-day Saints. He is a Morontanian And his lack of education or understanding is not his fault. He lives in the 16th worst fiscally run states in the United States. The latter day saints rank ninth and are doing a much better job at running their fiscal responsibilities. It's understandable that he was likely raised in a manner and in a place that did not afford him a good education.

I am glad he brought up the Mormons or the latter-day Saints and we now get to look at exactly what the welfare system is that they use. A typical latter-day Saint does not eat food on the first Sunday of each month. They take the food or the money they saved from not eating the food and they give it to the poor in what they call fast offerings. It is called fast offerings because they are fasting. They skip meals and donate money each month to the poor. Usually somewhere around $50-$100 per month. This fund is exclusively used for the poor and is never used for other projects for the latter-day Saints. It is one of the largest voluntary funds in the United States or the world A typical latter-day Saint does not eat food on the first Sunday of each month. It is one of the largest voluntary funds in the United States or the world designed to donate money directly to the poor or needy. One reason the welfare system works so well is it requires people to work in order to receive benefits. They have regular meetings with counselors and our assisted in finding gainful employment. If they cannot find gainful employment they can work in the facilities making food for others with the latter-day Saints. Until they find other work.

Love ya Nancy!

If you need a better explanation just let me know. It's really nice to be a part of a community and an organization that cares so deeply about the poor. It aligns perfectly with the message of Jesus Christ. It is the quintessential message that all Christians should be giving or thinking about. Charity towards all. Which brings up our current president. He wants to help people stand on their own 2 feet. People are upset that he is changing the welfare laws. But what he is actually trying to do is to hold them accountable to help them get on their own 2 feet. He wants to make it so that people on drugs need to get off of drugs. The families affected by drugs would benefit greatly from this. Look at the amount of money Trump gives to charity compared to the amount Joe Biden gives to charity. You can see easily who is the most Christian.

Which is interesting seeing how Joe Biden so easily stands on his soapbox. Silly Joe. The Democrats think they have the corner on charity. But they don't give any LOL

The first house I lived in was pretty small. I purcased it from the a young woman. The story was that a widow lived in it and it burned down. The stake president rebuilt the house for the woman free of charge. They lthen let her live in it for 20 years free of charge. Then she sold it through her attorney after she passed away and the money went back to the family. The LDS church never asked for any money back.

That's a fact.

Doesn?t matter who is or isn't a member. That is, unless younare bigoted negative nancy Morontanian.

Then you say disparaging things about Christians just to get your knickers curled.
