Several years ago I found a Leatherman Orignal while I was on weekend campout with our local boy scout group. None of the boys claimed onwership of the knive so I keeped it for myself. After years of service I brook the phillipes screw driver tip. I sent it back to Leatherman just before christmas to get it fixed for the new year. Much to my supprise instead of fixing the knive they sent me a new Leatherman Blast with a new 25 year warrenty. I loved the Leatherman Orignal but I think I will like the Blast even more. I sold on Leatherman service and quality.

Know a guy who has returned at least five over the years for repair, and they just send him a new one every time. He uses his daily and to do almost everything.

They make a great tool and when they do break or if you have a problem they will replace it no questions ask. I am on my third replacement.
