First the leftover draw takes place in a few weeks. If you checked you wanted the leftover list if unsuccessful then you go through a 2nd draw before tags become available in august.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

I have never seen a list published, publically, for the leftover draw. The folks that check their application asking for the leftover draw get a letter in the mail. I think that the CPW will show you the list, and it is not a secret, per-se. But, taint published (as in you won't find it via Yahoo/Google).

The leftover licenses go on sale after that (as mentioned by my capable collegue) and those are not to be confused w/Over the Counter...even though the leftovers are only sold over the counter at the CPW.

After the leftover draw is finished, the leftovers are for sale to the public Aug 6th at CPW locations, license agents and by phone.
