After my last dealings with Leica on my binoculars I will never buy Leica again. Always will go Swaro in the future. The Leica warranty department is a joke and will find any reason to deny you coverage.

Are you having issues with the custom ballistics part? The manual does not cover that very well...I muddled my way through it though.
