Leica or Swarovski range finder?

Has anyone used both laser range finders and what do the think about them. What one has a better laser , better readout. Pros and cons of both of them.

Just wondering if the Swarovski is worth $250 more then the Leica 1200

I have owned the Leica 1200 and now the Swarovski LRF.

I tested both side by side, and the the Swarovski was hands down the better LRF. Only negative thing about the Swarovski is it is larger than the Leica.

i checked out the swarovski lrf and my buddy has the leica 1200 and in my opinion i like the leica better i didnt like the way the swarovski button was it seemed you had to push the button too many times to get a reading cbryant

ive used the leica 800, 900, and 1200.
[800 was 3 yrs old before they came out with the scan]
all of them are instentanious
1200 ive ranged a deer out to 1100's and it is pretty sweet.
havnt used the Swaro xcept in the store.

I had the opportunity to try both and both are good. you can see better through the swarovski but the leica has a better and faster laser. swarovski laser is from overseas and is same as bushnell,nikon,etc. leica builds their own lasers. so if you are going to be using them to glass with you will like the swarovskis but if you just want to range the leica would be a good choie. I bought the leica 1200 and have been very pleased T.WARD
