Kudus to Leupold. I have a 25 year old VXIII that has been used and abused. I noticed a spot of moisture under lens. Leupold replaced the lens, replaced the cams, and got it back to me in very short order. For free. They have my business.
 
They're a great company, I've sent several scopes I didn't even buy new in and the fixed them free. I had one minor problem with a Swarovski and they were just as good about it. too bad all industries don't have the customer care the better optics companies do.
 
Agreed. I was impressed with how quickly they fixed it and the generosity with new parts. I've bought other lower end scopes, and I end wishing I had just bought a VXI.
 
They certainly have enough experience fixing their crappy scopes, they ought to be good at it by now. Maybe someday they will do away with the disposable erector assemblies.
