Looked through a 10x42 HD today for the first time and I think I have found my next set of binos!

This is a great binocular and IMO in the same class as the Swarovski,Leica and Zeiss offerings, it also offers one distinct advantage over the others ITS MADE IN THE USA!!!!! and its a Leupold.

Anybody using one of these in the field yet?

Hey T buck;

I've got a set of the 10 x 42s (not HD) that I bought last year and used last fall. Most Excellent! If I had a complaint it would be the lense caps....big deal for such quality optics. Well, I wish they had a locking focus like the old ones..... They're crisp, clear, etc. I had & still have a set of the old 10 x 40 Porros that lead me to the Golden Rings. The new ones seem alot easier on my old eyes after long days with my eyes stuck to the binos.

I'm pretty happy with them & you bet, they're USA made!

T buck more.....

I've got some 15 x 56 Swaros, & the Golden Rings are there in quality also. Hope that helps.
