Trying to decide on a 12 power binocular for desert muleys and coues. Narrowed it down (mostly due to monetary reasons) to Leupold Olympic and Burris Signature Selects. Have looked through both at 10X, both great glass for the money IMO. Leupold is 1 ounce lighter and bout $100 cheaper, but the Burris feels really nice in the hand. Haven't tried the 12X. Any opinions or suggestions? Would consider another brand if still in same price range, bout 600 or less. Thanks for your input.

MM81- You should take a look at the Nikon Monarch ATB 12x56 if these are going to be tripod mounted. Great piece of glass for the price. 12's are on the fringe of being acceptable for hand helds. If not going to be on a tripod for long periods at a time try the 10x42 or 10x56 Monarch ATB. $300-450 Check them out.
