License Refund Checks

When does AZ send out the refund for the 2nd license they make you buy when applying for elk and antelope? I am trying to figure out where I am going to come up with money to "donate" to Idaho this year, still have a little time before ID apps are due though. Thanks.

Buy your AZ license in Nov/Dec and you wont have to worry about sending the 2nd license money..

They mail the refunds about the same time as the tags..about 2 or 3 weeks from now.
