Lightweight head for tripod

I am looking for recommendations for head to put on a systems pro carbon fiber tri-pod. I would like the head to be quality as well as lightweight as I will be using it for my nikon 13-30 x 50 spotter.

Also I have a 85mm zeiss spotter and would like a head to be able to pull double duty and was wondering what you guys think would work.

Any advice is appreciated.

I like the Jim White head on my Promaster Carbon tripod. Use it for binos and spotter.
